 The death occurred peacefully at Clinton View Lodge, Clinton on Thursday March 12, 2015 Jessie L. Ramsay formerly of Kensington aged 88 years. Born in Kensington on November 14, 1926 daughter of the late David Isaac and Annie May (Campbell) Clark. Wife of Keith M. Ramsay.  Mother of Norma (Carl) Thompson, Carl (Roberta) Ramsay, Allison Ramsay (Mary Curran), Kenneth (Beth) Ramsay, Elaine (Paul) Chessman, Don (Wilma) Ramsay and Chris (Gaylene) Ramsay.  Mother-in-law of Debbie Anthony.  Grandmother to Lesley (Kimball) Thompson, Andrew (Lisa) Thompson, Edward (Pam) Thompson, Charlotte (Donnie) Morrison, Krista (Robert) Shields, Vivian Ramsay (Brandon Talbot), Mary Ramsay-Irving (Bryan), Margaret Ramsay, Jim Ramsay (Amanda Whidden), Mitchell (Chelsea) Chessman, Holly Chessman (Keith Wilson), Nicholas Ramsay (Katelyn Clow), Stephanie Ramsay, Jordan Ramsay, William Ramsay (Jan Cameron), Olivia Ramsay and 18 great grandchildren.  Sister-in-law of Verna Clark. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased  by brothers and sisters  Thelma (Alfred) Schurman, Walter Clark, Vincent Clark, Hattie Clark, Jenny (Weldon) Harnish, Grace (Allison) Mayne, Glenna (Ivan) Bowness, Bruce (Jenny) Clark, James Clark and Norma (Keith) Mayne.

 

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday from 1:00 - 2:45 p.m., followed by the funeral service in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m.  Interment later in People’s Cemetery, Malpeque. If so desired contributions may be made to the Kensington United Church or Malpeque People’s Cemetery Fund.
