The death occurred at Clinton View Lodge, Clinton on Saturday November 29, 2014 of Chester K. (Chet) Champion formerly of Spring Valley aged 100 years. Born in Spring Valley on August 26, 1914 son and the last surviving member of the late Ira and Mabel (Mountain) Champion family. Predeceased by his brother Roland Champion.
He is survived by a number of cousins.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington. No visitation by request. Funeral Thursday in St. Stephens Anglican Church, Irishtown at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Church Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to St. Stephens Anglican Church.
