At Clinton View Lodge, Clinton on Tuesday August 12, 2014 of Gladys M. (Profitt) Stavert formerly of Burlington aged 96 years. Born in Burlington on October 20, 1917 daughter of the late William and Mary Elizabeth (Millman) Profitt. Wife of the late of Robert E. Stavert. Mother of Lois (Wallace) MacLeod, Kensington; Bloyce (Sandra) Windsor, Ontario and Donald (Judy) Stavert, Burlington. Grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 22 great- grandchildren. Sister-in-law of Elva Profitt, Helen Stavert and Clayton Stavert. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by grandson Alan Stavert, brothers William John, Oliver, Halsey, Herbert, Ernest, Walter, Arthur and James Andrew Profitt in infancy, sisters Ruby Bernard and Kathleen Bowes.
