F. Louis Gamester

Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Sunday July 18, 2010 of Frederick “Louis” Gamester of 394 Willow Ave., Summerside and formerly of South Granville, aged 83 years. Born in Inkerman on March 28, 1927 son of the late Calvin and Maude (Stewart) Gamester. Beloved husband of Thelma (Ross) Gamester, and loving father of Lottie Gamester, Vancouver. Step-father of Glenda (Jamie) Tuson, Calgary and Leonard (Linda) Lewis, Kelvin Grove. Fondly remembered by step-grandchildren Leanne (Darrin) Jacobson, Devin and Cauy Tuson, Russell and Nathan Lewis, and step-great granddaughter Layla Jacobson. Brother of Byron (Mary) Gamester, Elva Pollard and Erma Pollard. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by brothers-in-law Melvin and Arthur Pollard.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Thursday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the South Granville Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to the South Granville Cemetery Fund.
