Marianne L. Woodside

Marianne Louise Woodside, 46 of Fall River, passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 1, 2010 in the Victoria General Site, QEII Halifax with her loving family by her side. Marianne has left us far too early and she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Marianne cherished time with her family and we are forever grateful for the many precious memories of a wonderful wife, mother, daughter and sister.

Marianne is survived by her husband Kent; daughters Hillary and Rebecca; parents Fulton and Mary (Campbell) Cousins, Spring Valley; brother Martin (Lynn) Cousins, Summerside; mother-in-law Valerie Woodside, Margate; sister-in-law Ann (Shawn) Keasey, Moncton; brothers-in-law Mark (Karen) Woodside, Margate and Blake (Rebecca) Woodside, Elmsdale; and her uncle-in-law Barry Woodside, Clinton. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by her father-in-law Scott Woodside.

A service to celebrate Marianne’s life will be at the St. John’s United Church, 3360 Highway 2, Fall River, NS on Friday at 1:00 PM followed by a reception.

Funeral Sunday June 6, in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel, Kensington at 4 p.m. Interment in the Margate United Church Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Margate United Church Cemetery Fund.
