George W. Ferguson

With overwhelming sadness the family of George William Ferguson of Victoria, P.E.I. announce his sudden but peaceful passing at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on November 29th, 2025 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Catherine (Corbett) Ferguson. Lovingly remembered by children Susanne (Shane Bryanton), Jacalyn (Ross Keus) and Malcolm Ferguson, sister Norma June Ferguson; sisters-in-law Marlene Ferguson, Jinny Ferguson, and Nancy Corbett. Adored Grampy of Fiona and Grady Bryanton, Jairus and Tava Keus, and Callum and Renn Ferguson. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Victor and Eliza Ferguson; twin brother Malcolm Ross (in infancy), older brothers Ansel Ferguson and James Ferguson; sister Elizabeth Campbell; parents-in-law Sterling and Catherine Corbett; sister-in-law Mabel Elaine Corbett (in infancy) and Lousie Beaton; brothers-in-law Preston Campbell, Gus Beaton, John Corbett and Bill Corbett.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home in Kensington from where visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th, 2025 from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Funeral service will be held at the South Shore United Church on Tuesday, December 9th, at 11:00am.
