William A. Mill

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William A. Mill, who passed away on April 20, 2024 at the age of 72. (The Fishing Legend).

William was the son of the late Gerald and Lilla (Carr) Mill.  Beloved husband of almost 55 years to Evelyn Mill. Father of Carter (Meagan) and Jeff (Therese).  Grandfather of  Hailliegh Mill and  Blaise Thomas. Step grandfather to Jade Subanovich, Gabriel Subanovich, Cole (Talia) Henderson, Deklyn and Dominic Goessal.  Step-great-grandfather of Aria, Hudson and Piper.

He is survived by his only sister Nancy Burt.  Brother-in-law to Olive Bryanton, Fran Harding, Ann Champion,  Irene (Leigh) Morrell, Shirley (Alan) MacLeod,  Elmer (Catherine) Bryanton, Roger Bryanton (Cindy Scott), and Thelma Bryanton.  Former daughters-in-law Christina Mill and Shannon Thomas.  His many nieces and nephews on both sides, all his Alberta family and special Ontario friend Barb and Doug Tebworth (Wyatt & Marshal) and all his fishing buddies and friends, adopted family Max (Tara) Caouette.

Predeceased by his  mother-in-law and father-in-law Maynard and Muriel Bryanton, brothers-in-law Waldon Burt, Harold Bryanton, Leslie Harding,  Wyman Bryanton, Gordon Champion, Carl Bryanton, John Bryanton, and sisters-in-law Faye Bryanton-Bertram, Elaine Bryanton and Vera Giesbrecht.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Wednesday from 3-6 p.m.  Funeral Thursday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. and will be available to view online on the funeral home's website.  Interment  in People's Cemetery Malpeque. If so desired memorials may be made to the Prince County Hospital Foundation.
