A. Wave Platts

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Tuesday March 12, 2024 of  A. Wave Platts formerly of Searletown, aged 81 years. Born in Freetown, May 31, 1942,  daughter of the late Edgar and Hilda (Francis) Reeves.   Wife of the late Lorne N. Platts.  Survived by her children Darrell (Judy) Platts, Dana (Karen) Platts, Lisa (Brad) MacIsaac and Lori (Kenny) Mayne; grandchildren Shelby (Dillon) Wall, Chelsey (Joseph) MacDougall, Brendan (Sarah Jane) Platts, Tanner Platts (Caitlin Connolly), Jade (Mitch) Doiron, Joel (Janelle) MacIsaac, Jory MacIsaac (Lucas Arsenault), Marshall (Veronica) Mayne, Sawyer Mayne (Kristie Drummond), Branson Mayne (Katie Drummond), Cortney (Ryan) Walfield, Jamie (Jordan) Gallant and Whitney (Nathan) Ferrish; great-grandchildren Liam, Brier, Ellie, James, Brynlee, Henry, Aubrey, Kaylee, Khloee, Kendrick, Karter, Georgie, Grayson, Austin and Luna; sister Kay (Junior) Baglole; brother-in-law Hilton (Margaret) Platts;  and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Phyllis (Sydney) Green.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday from 10-11:15 a.m. followed by the funeral in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 a.m. which will be available to view online by following the link on the funeral home’s website.
