Lois Margaret Parsons

The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Friday March 2nd 2018 of Lois Margaret Parsons of Millvale, age 86 years.  Born in Breadalbane on Nov 2nd 1931, Lois was the daughter of the late Sheldon and Eliza (Todd) Abbott. Wife of the late Russell Parsons. She is survived by her children Carl, Arlene (Allen) Marshall, Brian (Maureen), Lewis (Averil), Blair, Nancy (Billy) MacDonald, Nadine Parsons, Clark (Sandy),  Kent (Carla), Thane, Clara (Darrell) Hupman and Trent (Shelley). Also loving grandmother of 27 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren,  9 nieces and nephews and one surviving brother in law Sterling Parsons. Predeceased by three daughters Deborah Faye Parsons, Linda (Eldon) Noonan and Jocelyn (Stewart) Ferguson, four brothers Edwin (Marjorie), Waldo, Bobby and Gordon Abbott and her sister in law Clara (Wallace) Smith, brothers in law Alvin and Herman Parsons. Mom will always be remembered by the beautiful music she brought into our home and her lovely big smile.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday  from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Tuesday at Central Trinity United Church Breadalbane  at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Breadalbane People’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be great appreciated. The funeral will be available to watch on line after 3 p.m. Tuesday.   www.davisonfh.com
