At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Saturday September 23, 2017 of Marjorie A. (Kennedy) Gaudet of Charlottetown and formerly of Summerside aged 98 years. Born in Kensington on April 30, 1919 daughter of the late Earle and Carrie Mae (Easter) Kennedy. Wife of the late Mark and mother of the late Graham Gaudet. Mother-in-law of Heather Gaudet. Grammy to Mary Beth Gaudet (Nathan Fuller) and Michelle Gaudet (Matt Dunphy). Great Grammy to Sydney, Kennedy, Griffin, Desmond, Edie, Dita and Asher Gaudet. Sister of Doris Waite and Shirley Veinot both of Charlottetown. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Rena Rodd and Georgie Kennedy, brothers James E. andMalcolm (Mackie) R. Kennedy, brothers-in-law Keith Waite, Clifford Rodd and Jerry Veinot.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington. No visitation by personal request. A public funeral service will be held Thursday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Kensington. If so desired contributions may be made to Kensington People’s Cemetery Fund.
