The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Thursday April 27, 2017 of Fulton T. Cousins of Kensington aged 79 years. Born in Darnley January 3, 1938, son of the late Robert S. and Louise (Ramsay) Cousins. Husband of Mary (Campbell) Cousins. Father of Martin (Lynn) Cousins. Grandfather of Hillary (David) Desrosiers, Rebecca Woodside (Chris Burke) and Riley Cousins. Father-in-law of Kent Woodside. Brother of Sutherland (Altheia) Cousins, William Cousins (Dorothy Beairsto), Mary Hickey, and Florence "Fluff" (Burrows) MacPhail. Brother in law of Shirley Cousins, Judy Cousins, Anne Murphy, David (Mary) Campbell and Leona (Don) MacPherson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his daughters Winifred Jean Cousins (in infancy) and Marianne Woodside, brothers Arthur, John, Robert Keir and Norman Cousins; sister Edith Woodside; sisters-in-law Marilyn Cousins and Elaine Cousins and brothers-in law Delmar Woodside, Elmer Hickey and Hubert Murphy.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Monday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
