At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Monday April 24, 2017 of Georgie MacArthur of Kensington Community Care home aged 92 years. Born in Belmont Lot 16, January 27, 1925 daughter of the late John and Annie (MacPhee) Winchester. Wife of the late Wilbur MacArthur. Mother of Lawrence (Suzanne); Roland (Jenny Lee), Barbara Gaudet and Debbie (Gary) Walsh. Grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mae Waite and Edna McInnis.
Predeceased by her daughter Marion Ann Zimmerman (Jim), grandson Andre Gaudet (at birth), great-grandson Dylan Champion, brothers Robert, Preston, George (Meddie), Austin and Lea Winchester and sisters Freda Cahill and Maude Winchester.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday evening from 6:30-9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery Summerside. If so desired contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer Society.
