The death occurred suddenly at his home on Wednesday February 15, 2017 of Clarence J. Paynter of Spring Brook, aged 84 years. Born in Spring Brook on September 30, 1932 son of the late John and Ruby (Graham) Paynter. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years Shirley (Paynter) Paynter. Children John (Dena), Willis (Brenda), David (Gail Henderson), Kevin (April), and Lorne (Sheila). Grampie to 10 grandchildren, 1 step grandson and 1 great grandson. Brother of James (Jean) Paynter, Cecil (Jean) Paynter-deceased. Brother-in-law of Esther (Hughie) MacEachern, Leslie (Dorothy), Donnie (Sandra) and Lyman Paynter and Linda (Calvin) Durdle.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington where a public funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday at 3 p.m. Interment in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery. No visitation by request. NO FLOWERS PLEASE. If so desired contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Thomas Anglican Church, Spring Brook.
