The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Saturday, January 7, 2017 of Henrietta J. (MacArthur) Waugh of Summerside, formerly of Kensington and New Annan, aged 88 years. Born in Summerside on October 20, 1928, daughter of the late Myron and Jean (Jardine) MacArthur. Wife of the late Charles W. Waugh.
Mother of (Wade - deceased) Norma Jean Waugh, New Annan; Garth (Natalie) Waugh, New Annan and Gaelyne (Chris) Ramsay, Kensington. Grandmother of Paige Waugh (Jagger Doucette), William Ramsay ( Jan Cameron), Olivia Ramsay and great -grandmother to Liam Doucette. Sister of Myron (Sheila) MacArthur. Sister-in-law of Doris MacArthur. Aunt of Carol Ann (Barry) Adams, Marlene (Ed) Adams, Janet MacArthur, Joyce Cameron and Lee (Annette) MacArthur. Predeceased by infant daughter Marilyn Waugh and brother Newton MacArthur.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday in the Summerside Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the Bedeque Baptist Cemetery.
