At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Tuesday November 29, 2016 of J. Doris MacNevin of North Dr., St. Eleanors aged 99 years. Born in Coleman on October 18, 1917 daughter and the last surviving member of the late Clifford and Beatrice (Simmons) Vincent family. Wife of the late Hubert A. MacNevin. Mother of Clifford (Lorraine) MacNevin, St. Eleanors, Wendell MacNevin, St. Eleanors and Deanna MacNevin (Hugh Stairs), Harvey, NB. Grandmother to 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and sister-in-law of Mary Vincent. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by the following brother and sisters Georgia Vincent, Gladys (Gordon) Plant, Keir Vincent and Clara (Earl) Lewis.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington, no visitation by personal request. Funeral Friday at St. John’s Anglican Church, St. Eleanors at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to St. John’s Anglican Church.
