Carl Foster Stewart

The death occurred peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Saturday September 17, 2016 of Carl Foster Stewart aged 80 years, life long resident of Norboro , but more recently of Clinton View Lodge, Clinton. He is survived by his loving wife Marion (nee Huestis) Stewart for almost 60 years, children Marilyn (Doug) Waugh, North Bedeque; Sandra (Frank) MacDonald, Crapaud and Marven (Shelly) Stewart, Norboro, grandchildren Mark Waugh (Lori), Emily Cannon (Randy), Amanda MacDonald (Brett), Spencer MacDonald (Lauren), and Alex MacDonald, step grandchildren Cortney Stavert (Scott), Becky Stavert (Brian) and Josh Cormier (Franki), step great grandchildren Jack and Simon. Brother George Stewart (Doris), Kensington. Brother-in-law of Stavert (Edith) Huestis, Wilmot Valley and Layton (Edith) Huestis, Kelvin Grove, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Carl was born in Norboro on April 23, 1936 son of the late Elmer and Flora (nee Glover) Stewart. Predeceased by sister-in-law Bessie (Moore) Stewart.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday in the Kensington United Church at 10 a.m., followed by a reception in the Murray Christian Centre. Interment will take place in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Pleasant Valley at 12:15 p.m.  If so desired contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Kensington United Church.
