Born in Clermont, daughter of the late Percy and Muriel (Connick) McCarville. Wife of the late Anthony A. (Tony) Dowling. Mother of Kenneth (Andrea) Dowling, Wheatley River; Donald (Susan) Dowling, Hamilton, ON, Joan (John) Kays, Charlottetown and Lynn Dowling, Hagersville, ON. Grandmother of Jennifer, Christine, Elizabeth, Stephen, Kerri, Kelly, Katie, Nicholas and Maria. Great-grandmother of Abby, Connor and Ava. Sister of Nora Glydon, Margate; Reginald (Edna), Hamilton, ON; Frank (Rhoda), Hamilton, ON; and Kevin (Patricia), Smithville, ON. Sister-in-law of Carole McCarvell (Don MacEachern) and Helena McCarvell. Predeceased by brothers Edwin and Clarence and brother-in-law Lorne Glydon.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Kensington for visitation on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral mass Monday at St. Mary’s Holy Family Church Kensington at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Indian River. If so desired contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association.
