Alma JOAN Chappelle

Peacefully, with family by her side, at the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Wednesday June 15, 2016 of Alma "Joan" Chappelle of  Taylor Road, North Granville aged 71 years.  Born in Port William, Ontario on November 1, 1944, daughter of the late James Phillip and Alma Catherine (MacFadyen) Kettles.  Wife of Frank Chappelle.  Mother of Dawn Joy (James) Asher; Howard and Leslie (Dawn Louise) Chappelle.  Grandmother of Elizabeth Asher, Lexie, Aidan and Connor Chappelle. Daughter-in-law of Murray Chappell.  Sister-in-law of Keith (Jean) Chappell; Susan (Wayne) Coates and Wanda (Ed) Bourgeois.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.  Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington, no visitation by personal request.  A public graveside service will be held Monday June 20 in the North Granville Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.  If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Society or the Prince County Hospital Foundation.  www.davisonfh.com
