M. Wade Waugh

The death occurred suddenly at home on Wednesday January 27, 2016 of M. Wade Waugh of Travellers Rest, aged 59 years. Husband of Norma Jean (Sherren) Waugh, father of Paige Waugh (Jagger Doucette) and grandfather to Liam Doucette all of Travellers Rest. Wade was born in Summerside on February 13, 1956 son of Henrietta (MacArthur) Waugh, Kensington and the late Charles Waugh. Brother of Garth (Natalie) Waugh, New Annan and Gaelyne (Chris) Ramsay, Kensington. Son-in-law of Shirley (MacKinnon) Sherren, Charlottetown and the late Elvin Sherren. Brother-in-law of Garry (Janice) Sherren, Charlottetown; Kevin (Linda) Sherren; Charlottetown; Lorna-Mae (Allen) Spence, Winsloe; Wendy (Michael) Doucette, Hunter River; Darlene (John) DeCourcey, Saint John, NB and Donna Derry, Charlottetown and the late Jason Derry. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Marilyn Waugh in infancy and nephew Derek Spence.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington for visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Kensington United Church at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the Central Bedeque Baptist Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Oncology Unit of Prince County Hospital.
