At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Wednesday September 23, 2015 of Walter V. (Wallie) Cole of Clinton View Lodge, Clinton and formerly of Spring Brook aged 86 years. Born in Spring Brook on January 13, 1929 son of the late W. Walter and L. Kate (Champion) Cole. Husband of the late A. Lois (Somers) Cole. Father of Bill (Doreen), Wayne (Brenda), Brenda (Wilbert) Reid, Debbie (Blair) Thompson, Cathy (Kenny) Pidgeon, Doug (Sherry), Michelle Cole (Herbie Clark) and stepfather to Phyllis Thibeau (William-deceased). Grampie to 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. Brother of Wesley (Joan) Cole. Brother-in-law of Roma Cole - MacLeod (Herman MacLeod), Margaret (Herbie) Paynter and Sheila Brander (James -deceased).
Predeceased by sister Bessie and her husband Horace Bryanton, brother Elmer and his wife Gloria Cole, brother-in-law Dawson Cole and sister-in-law Janie and her husband Willard Cole.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington no visitation by request. A public funeral service will be held Saturday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery Spring Brook. If so desired contributions may be made to the Cat Action Team.
