Richard John Gaudet
1943-2015
His death occurred suddenly at the Halifax Infirmary, Halifax, NS on Saturday September 19, 2015 of Richard Gaudet of Summerside aged 72 years. Born in Summerside on August 9, 1943 son of Frances (nee Turner) Gaudet and the late Frank Gaudet. Beloved husband of the late Betty (nee Smith) Gaudet September 18, 2015. Predeceased by his daughter Elaine Christine Gaudet. Loving stepfather to Robert (Sandra), Greg (Priscilla) and Paul Raynor and Shalyn (Dana) Sabine. Adoring grandfather to Logan, Kailey, Aleshia, Erica, Kristen, Megan, Drew, Garion and Rowan Raynor, Jago, Kes and Halle Sabine. Dear brother to Gordon (Leslie), Robert (Jo Ann), Alan (Donna), Doug (Helen), Teddy (Patty) and Wayne (Jennie) Gaudet, Maureen (Dale) Mitchell and June (Alan) Large. Also surviving are great family of nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Thursday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in the Bideford United Church Cemetery.
