Preston Roy MacDonald

At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Wednesday December 31st, 2008 of Preston Roy MacDonald of Searletown aged 86 years. Born in Mount Tryon on June 16, 1922 son of the late Roy and Florence (Bell) MacDonald. Husband of Cora (McKenna) MacDonald. Father of Ronnie (Sandra), Bedeque; Brian (Verna), Cornwall; Barry (Bev), Cornwall and Sherman (Ruth), Searletown. Grandfather to 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Brother of Blanche Jewell (late Davis); Verna McKenna (late Victor); Jennie Mayhew (late Earl); Garnet MacDonald (Jean); Dorothy Jewell (late Fred); John MacDonald (Mae); Ethel MacDonald; Wanda Lord; Carl MacDonald (Barb) and Dianne Stewart (Garnet). Brother-in-law of Lorraine MacDonald. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Hollis and Lloyd (late Marion) MacDonald.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the Crapaud Gospel Hall Cemetery.
